How we work together
We can start with something happening in your life now: a conversation you keep replaying, a difficult decision, or a moment when your reaction surprised you.
Understand what’s happening.
I’ll help you slow those moments down and notice what you feel, what you need, and how you respond. Together, we’ll explore the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself—and where those responses may now leave you stuck.
Practice something different.
Understanding is part of the work. We’ll also explore what it’s like to express a need, set a limit, or respond differently in a familiar situation. I bring compassion and a willingness to gently challenge you as you try new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Find more room to choose.
Over time, this work can help you trust your decisions, move through difficult feelings, and stay connected to others without continually putting yourself aside. Your relationships are welcome in this work, even when you come on your own.
A free consultation is a chance to talk about what brings you here, ask questions, and see how it feels to connect.
