Feel free to reach out without any commitment, pressure, or obligation. This is your opportunity to share a little bit about what you're hoping to address in therapy, and I'm here to answer any questions you may have about my practice. Let's start the conversation together.
Couples Therapy
When connection breaks down, it often shows up as recurring conflict, distance, or a feeling of being unseen by your partner. I work with couples who want to break out of these painful patterns and create a relationship that feels secure, collaborative, and emotionally responsive. Whether you're navigating communication challenges, parenthood, betrayal, or simply growing apart—I’ll help you and your partner understand the deeper patterns at play and learn how to reach for each other again.
Family Therapy
Families often get stuck in long-standing roles and dynamics that make change feel impossible. I work with families of all kinds—parents and children, adult children and aging parents, siblings, blended families, and co-parents—who want to communicate more clearly, understand each other better, and begin to shift generational patterns. In our work, we create space for each member to feel seen, respected, and empowered.
Therapy for Teens & Adolescents
Adolescence is a time of identity, transition, and intense relational change. I help teens and their families navigate these years with more understanding and compassion. Whether your teen is struggling with anxiety, school stress, peer relationships, or family disconnection, I provide a grounded space where they can build insight, express themselves more fully, and deepen connection with the people closest to them.
When appropriate, I incorporate a blend of individual, parent-only, and family sessions to support both personal growth and systemic change. This allows teens to explore their experiences in a safe space while also improving communication, problem-solving, and connection within the family system.
Individual Therapy
So many people come to therapy feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure of who they are. You might be successful on the outside but feel numb or unfulfilled underneath—or stuck in patterns you can't quite name. Often, we discover that relational patterns from early life are still shaping the way you move through the world. I help individuals explore how past and present relationships have impacted their self-worth, boundaries, and ability to feel connected. Our work together will support you in creating more clarity, confidence, and emotional ease in your life.
Trauma Therapy & EMDR 2.0
Trauma changes how you experience the world—sometimes in ways you don’t even recognize until much later. It can leave lasting imprints on the nervous system and disrupt how we experience safety and connection. I offer EMDR 2.0 and trauma-focused therapy to help clients process both single-event and complex trauma. If you're feeling stuck, hypervigilant, emotionally flooded, or disconnected, we’ll work to gently and safely process what’s been held in the body and mind—so you can begin to reclaim your sense of wholeness.
